Ep. 4 | Cutting Chords and Collapsing Contracts with Michelle Palma

Alana Capesky Season 1 Episode 4

Cutting Chords and Collapsing Contracts with Michelle Palma

Hello and welcome to another episode of Courageously Authentic. As 2021 is coming to an end and a new year is on the horizon, I thought, “What better way to close out the year than by unpacking any baggage we may be holding on to?”

In this two-part episode, I speak with Holy Fire Reiki Master and the founder of Purple Moon Healing Group, Michelle Palma, where we explore the topic of cutting chords; a tool used to help us let go, release and clear any energy strands that may be hindering our ability to productively move forward.

Be it with a spouse, friend, boss, parent, or child – this is a practice that can be done by anyone and within the comforts of your own home. In part one of this episode, Michelle addresses the who, what, where, when, and why around this practice. In part two, Michelle will walk us through a guided meditation to help anyone who is unfamiliar with this practice or not quite sure where to begin.
